Need to cancel? Are you sure...

So, you think you need to cancel your cruise....but, is cancellation the only way??!
No is the answer, of course depending on your reason. If you find that you just cannot go due to the dates being wrong for you or for example a member of the party becomes pregnant and will be too far gone to travel etc then you have the option to transfer to another cruise for a later sailing date. This means that you will avoid losing your deposit as this will then be transferred over to your new sailing. There is usually an admin fee to do so, average being around £75pp depending on cruise line but it is certainly better than losing your deposit!

If your booking is within the CCS group being P&O, Princess, Ocean Village, Cunard then you can now transfer from one cruise line to another!

You need to make sure that you do it WELL within your 57 days before sailing date as anything after this you will be going into the cruise lines cancellation charges which usually start at 45% loss of booking and more depending on how close to date.

Of course if your reason for cancelling is due to certain and definate circumstances then you will be subject to the cruise lines terms and conditions so always make yourself aware of these before or once you have booked, we will always be able to advise you exact charges on your booking though once we speake to the cruise line your booking is with.

Your cruises agent will always be able to advise you on this so as soon as you know you may not be able to travel always contact us ASAP as we will be able to look into your possible options.
