Most cruise lines now offer an open dining option, otherwise known as Freedom dining with P&O, My Time Dining for Royal Caribbean, Any Time Dining for Princess and Celebrity Select for Celebrity.
YOU NEED TO BE AWARE that if you take Royal Caribbean or Celebrity, however, you must pre pay your gratuities at the time of booking.
