Why is this you may ask? I have been on MSC cruise ships and going on MSC Opera in September, I hav been on loads of cruise ships, and I do like the MSC . the food is so yummy, and the service fantastic, and you meet loads of different nationalities. I love them

ReplyDeleteI'vejust come back from a cruise on the MSC Orchestra and had a totally different experience to yours. A big rip off is what MSC is. To start with the staff on board was extremely unpleasant, so much that we put in a first complaint after just three days and even the relationship manager admitted he had a problem with his staff. Then, the food, absolutely disgusting and their buffet is just a joke, yet they refer to it as " fine dining". And to top it off, they say they are an international cruise line when really the only language they speak is italian. So unless you want Italy on a boat, do not choose MSC! I will certainly never use this company again.
