I need to make you aware that I have been experiencing problems with my voicemail and I have been unable to retrieve any since Tuesday afternoon ( as have my colleagues) we are also having problems with our phones in that we cannot pick up any calls, so sincere apologies if you have left me a voicemail but rest assured I will be calling you all back once we are back up and running!
